Due to the intimate nature of body jewelry and strict hygiene regulations, Starfire Body Jewelry Company only accepts returns on unopened, factory-sealed items within 30 days of delivery. We prioritize the health and safety of our community by ensuring every piece you receive is brand new and never worn.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your jewelry remains in its original, heat-sealed tamper-evident packaging; once the seal is broken, the item is no longer eligible for return.
Initiate Request
Contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the sealed product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your items in a padded mailer or box to prevent damage during transit and clearly write your RMA number on the outside.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the seal is intact, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
